A Norwegian humanitarian disarmament and mine action specialist with more than 23 years of experience. John has led field programmes for Norwegian People's Aid, ICRC, Norwegian Red Cross, APOPO, GICHD, and Danish Refugee Council across Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
He attended Infantry Officers School and the Norwegian Army Academy. Holds a degree in African Studies from NTNU and a Postgraduate Certificate in Humanitarian Leadership and Management from ICRC and the University of Lucerne.
IMAS EOD Level 3 and IED Search trained. PADI Master Instructor with 30+ years of diving experience. Certified ski instructor through the Norwegian Army and Norwegian Ski Federation.
A passionate skier and scuba diver, John combines professional expertise with a lifelong love of winter sports and the underwater world.
An accomplished financial strategist providing strategic direction and global oversight for NDG's humanitarian and advisory operations. She plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization's strategic direction, strengthening operational effectiveness, and ensuring delivery of high-impact programmes.
Holds a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Moi University. Certified accountant with ACCA qualifications through Strathmore University. Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance from Fordham University.
Former Senior Internal Auditor at the Competition Authority of Kenya and Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, managing grant-funded portfolios for UNDP, USAID, and the European Union.
In her spare time, Ms. Lime enjoys scuba diving, skiing, and outdoor activities reflecting her adventurous spirit.
