How It Works

Our Deployment Process

A transparent, structured approach from specialist selection through mission completion.

Specialist Selection & Approval

Before any deployment, NDG shares a full profile of the proposed specialist — including qualifications, languages, work experience, and technical competencies — for your review and approval.

Introductory Meetings

NDG initiates and facilitates all introductory meetings between the consultant and your organization to ensure a shared understanding of objectives, expectations, and deliverables.

Logistics & Insurance

NDG coordinates international travel, visa requirements, and full insurance coverage for the duration of the mission. Consultants are insured for activities in high-risk environments.

Ongoing Oversight

NDG HQ staff serve as your dedicated liaison throughout the mission, maintaining regular check-ins with both the consultant and your designated focal point.

Full Insurance Coverage

Consultants deployed by NDG are insured for the full duration of their assignment, including activities in conflict-affected areas, subject to NDG's insurance policy conditions.

Dedicated Liaison

As our client, you will have NDG HQ staff as your dedicated liaison between your organization's focal point and the assigned consultant throughout the mission.

Mission Reporting

Upon completion, NDG submits a comprehensive mission report and schedules a follow-up meeting to review findings, recommendations, and potential next steps.

Legal Compliance

We have a Kenyan lawyer contracted to ensure legal compliance with all contract agreements and operational frameworks.
